  • 12 ounces fresh cod fillets
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) bag pork rinds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the fish into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with coconut flour and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place the pork rinds in a zippered freezer bag and crush them into crumbs.
