You’ll also be happy to learn that this is a sugar-free treat. It’s the perfect solution for low carb foodies, kiddos who don’t need any more sugar, and anybody who needs to watch their glucose levels. Don’t worry; there’s still plenty of sweetness to go around thanks to powdered erythritol. This sugar alcohol is much easier for the body to process and also happy to be much sweeter than regular sugar.
You can also easily customize this recipe! While this one calls for fresh strawberries, you could easily toss in your favorite fruits to make the parfait just how you like it. Enjoy a tasty treat without the guilt by trying out this simple recipe!
Not only does this dessert taste absolutely amazing, but it also serves up beautifully. It’s an excellent choice to enjoy all on your own, but impressive enough to serve up to guests. This is sure to be a true crowd-pleaser!
