- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 4 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 hardboiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
- 3 ounces sliced turkey (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons buttermilk to thin and stir smooth.
- Divide the romaine lettuce among three salad bowls.
- Top with hardboiled eggs, chopped turkey, cherry tomatoes, and cheese cubes.
- Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons dressing to serve.
