Servings: servings |
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 3 eggs
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F and prepare a rimmed sheet tray with a silicone baking mat.
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto your prepared tray and use an offset spatula or knife to smooth into a very thin even layer. The thinner the better!
- Bake the noodles in the oven for about 8 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let cool.
- Once cool cut the pasta sheet into very thin strips (like spaghetti!) or, use a pasta machine to cut the noodles by setting it to the spaghetti size and feeding the sheet of cooked pasta through the machine to cut the noodles.
- Use immediately with your favorite keto sauce and toppings!
