Saucy Keto Pork Loin!
Quick dinners are lifesavers! Especially when those quick dinners are also low carb and keto-friendly. When you can get a healthy meal on the table in under 30 minutes you know it’s a good recipe! So right off the bat, you know that this pork recipe is going to be a good one- it is fast, low carb and we are here to tell you that it is totally delicious.
The longest part of this recipe is actually letting the pork loin cook in the delicious, creamy mustard sauce while you prep your favorite side. Seasoning the pork only takes a few seconds, searing the pork is another minute or two and then making the sauce in the pan is super fast and quick as well. The pork practically cooks itself in the sauce, absorbing all those delicious lemony, mustard flavors as it cooks. You will have perfect pork cooked and on your table in no time!
When it comes to side dishes, you can choose any keto side that you like- this pork goes with a wide variety of side dishes! We recommend green beans as they are also quick and easy to make and a great compliment to the juicy pork. You can also whip up a quick Garlic & Rosemary Cauliflower Mash or Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts! The possibilities are endless! Since you can switch up the sides, mixing and matching them to suit your current food cravings, you can keep this recipe fresh and exciting, making it multiple times in a month without ever getting bored. Our creamy mustard lemon pork loin should absolutely be on your go-to list of dinners.

This recipe is also incredibly simple and uses ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Salt, pepper, paprika and thyme are pretty standard spices (and if you don’t have them yet, you definitely should invest in all of those!) and many people have a lemon or two on hand for the sauce. The easy tasty combination of herbs is a true show stopper and such a simple way to make take your pork to the next level.
The best part of this recipe is that it’s virtually 0 carbs. That’s right, all that flavor, all that sauce and all that juicy meat with no carbs added to your diet! To be safe, we added 1 net carb to the macros of this dish which can probably be found in the mustard you’re using and a bit in the heavy cream. But still, only one carb?!? Pretty incredible…
If you’re strictly paleo or dairy-free, you could totally swap the heavy cream for coconut cream and have an equally delicious dinner!

This dish was fantastico!!! im new to the keto diet but im also a beriatric patent and this dish was to die for. i did sub the green beans with mashed cauliflower and placed the chop on to of it so that the creamy sauce could also be used as a gravy. I have my husband and kids eating the same and they dont even know they are on this diet but they love it lol Thank you
I tried this tonight, the cream curdled like crazy. Was the heat too high?
Most likely. I’ll add a note in step two to lower the heat after searing 🙂
Per serving is 2 pork loin per person? Or is it one pork loin per person?
2 pork loins per person!
I made this tonight and my entire family loved it! I reduced the sauce a little too long and it was a little salty so I just added more coconut milk as I am dairy intolerant. Thank you for a delicious dinner!
You’re very welcome Jeanette! It’s great that coconut milk is such a great substitute for cream, isn’t it?
Instead of looking at the jngredients list, I went by the directions. I added 1 tablespoon of aplle cider vinegar and the sauce is horrible. Need to correct that please. Lesson learned for me. :/
We corrected it! Thanks for pointing that out.
Looks great! So the recipe makes two 4oz pork chops per person?
That’s right! Although we used pork loins, which are just a bit different. The recipe will work with pork chops as well!
