I also believe it’s been largely responsible for slowing down my aging process,” she wrote.
The actress continues to tout all the great benefits of adopting a lifestyle that is low carb, no sugar, and full of healthy fats, “The keto lifestyle offers so many benefits such as weight loss, (moms that’s how we get rid of our baby bellies), appetite control, more energy and better mental performance. If you’re like me, you can possibly reverse type 2 diabetes, you’ll experience better physical endurance, better skin and also less acne if that’s an issue. And it even helps control migraines!”
In a 2017 interview on Kelly and Ryan,2 Ms. Berry confesses that the keto diet, love, and being happy are her secrets to staying youthful and maintaining a fantastic physique. Explaining that she is diabetic, she eats no sugar and abides by the general rule to not eat anything white – like bread, potatoes, and rice.
