  1. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine the 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, egg yolks and melted butter in a mixing bowl and whisk. Thin the batter out with water if necessary,
  3. Fold the egg whites into this mixture, then add the cacao nibs or sugar-free chocolate chips & a pinch of salt.
  4. Cook the batter in the waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of So Nourished pancake syrup and more butter. Enjoy!
