- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce cream cheese (softened)
- 1 large egg (whisked)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Melt together the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave on high for 1 minute then stir in the egg until well combined.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stir into a dough then pinch off pieces of the dough and roll them out to about 8 inches long.
- Form each piece of dough into a pretzel shape and place them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with parmesan then bake for 16 to 18 minutes until browned.
