Ingredients

shredded mozzarella cheese

cream cheese

baking powder

garlic powder

grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Melt together the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave on high for 1 minute then stir in the egg until well combined.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Stir into a dough then pinch off pieces of the dough and roll them out to about 8 inches long.
Form each piece of dough into a pretzel shape and place them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with parmesan then bake for 16 to 18 minutes until browned.
