- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp So Nourished granular erythritol
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced thinly
- Whisk together the coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, sweetener, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
- Toss in the beef then cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the beef from the fridge and thread onto skewers while the grill preheats.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until done to your liking.
- Meanwhile, simmer the remaining marinade in a small saucepan until hot.
- Place the kebabs on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions to serve.
