  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of sugar free butterscotch syrup into a glass and then pour the cream soda over.
  2. Then combine the heavy cream and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat either manually or with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add in powdered erythritol (if you don’t have powdered, simply pulse the erythritol a few times in a Magic Bullet or blender) and fold in.
  4. Spoon the sweet cream onto the butter beer and enjoy!
