Ingredients

diet cream soda

tbsp
sugar free butterscotch syrup
1/4
cup
heavy cream

tsp
vanilla extract

So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener
Instructions
Pour 2 tablespoons of sugar free butterscotch syrup into a glass and then pour the cream soda over.
Then combine the heavy cream and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat either manually or with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add in
powdered erythritol
(if you don’t have powdered, simply pulse the
erythritol
a few times in a Magic Bullet or blender) and fold in.
Spoon the sweet cream onto the butter beer and enjoy!
