- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine the butter and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at 10-second intervals until the two are melted then stir smooth.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese then whisk in the powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the fudge mixture in an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with foil.
- Refrigerate until set then cut into squares to serve.
