red onion

fresh cilantro

crushed red pepper
(optional)
Instructions
Cut, pit and mash your avocados in a mixing bowl.
Dice up your red onions and tomatoes and add them to your avocado.
Squeeze garlic clove and olive oil and mix to combine.
Now, add the cilantro and the juice of one lime as well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and crushed red pepper, if using.
Mix well and enjoy with some pork rinds or low carb crackers!
