Ingredients

almond flour

So Nourished granular erythritol
1
egg white

tsp
almond extract

So Nourished Powdered Erythritol
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F and like a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Mix the almond flour,
granular erythritol
, egg white and almond extract together in a large bowl. This will make a very thick dough.
Roll the dough into small, 1 inch balls using your hands. Place the balls on the prepared cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake the cookies for about 55-60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dip the cookies into the
powdered erythritol
and then cool completely.
