Ingredients
  • 8 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, ranch seasoning and vinegar in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the broccoli, both cheeses, onion, almonds and bacon to the bowl with the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve cold
