- 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup keto wing sauce (Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce works great)
- 1/4 cup Low Carb ranch dressing (Primal Kitchen Ranch is perfect)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 8x8 square baking pan with cooking spray
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and jalapeno. Mix well.
- Add the keto wing sauce and low carb ranch dressing and stir.
- Pour the mix into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly inside the dish.
- Bake the mix for 20 minutes or until the top has browned and the edges are bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite keto chips and crackers and enjoy while warm!
