Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking pan.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat then add the ground beef. Cook the beef until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add the onions and garlic to the pan and chop the beef as it cooks with a spatula to make small crumbles. Cooke for 5 more minutes with the onions and garlic.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, cauliflower rice and salt.
Add the meat to the bowl and stir well.
Pour the mix into the prepared baking pan and then pour the beef broth over the whole mix in the pan.
Bake the casserole for thirty minutes then enjoy while hot.
