- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pound sliced Black Forest ham
- 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the parmesan garlic powder and ground black pepper to the mayo and stir everything together.
- Place the swiss cheese, ham and shredded chicken in a large bowl. Toss together, breaking up the ham slightly.
- Add the chicken broth to the large both and toss.
- Add the mayo mix to the large bowl and stir everything together well, coating the ham and chicken in the mayo completely.
- Spread the mix in the casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the casserole begins to bubble around the edges and the top starts to brown. Serve while hot!
