Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Place ½ cup of the juice in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the juice. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Warm the remaining juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Combine the hot juice and the gelatin juice, mixing the two together to dissolve the gelatin completely.
  4. Stir in the erythritol.
  5. Pour the juice into a gummy bear mold. We use an eye dropper to make sure each cavity is filled evenly. You can use any shape of silicone gummy mold you’d like.
  6. Place the mold in the fridge and let the gummies set for about two hours.
  7. Pop the gummies out of the mold one at a time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
