- 1 cup sugar free fruit juice or tea
- 1/4 cup unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp So Nourished granular erythritol
- Place ½ cup of the juice in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the juice. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Warm the remaining juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
- Combine the hot juice and the gelatin juice, mixing the two together to dissolve the gelatin completely.
- Stir in the erythritol.
- Pour the juice into a gummy bear mold. We use an eye dropper to make sure each cavity is filled evenly. You can use any shape of silicone gummy mold you’d like.
- Place the mold in the fridge and let the gummies set for about two hours.
- Pop the gummies out of the mold one at a time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
