large mint leaves

So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener

ice cubes

white rum

club soda
Instructions
Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.
Add in the lime juice,
powdered erythritol
and ice cubes.
Pour in the white rum and club soda. Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge. Enjoy!
