- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder (optional)
- 1 whole egg
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl except for 1 tbsp of the melted butter.
- Whisk together well
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased, microwave safe mug.
- Place in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Remove the mug from the microwave and drizzle with the remaining melted butter. You can also remove the bread from the mug, slice and then cover with the remaining butter.
- Enjoy while warm!
