heavy whipping cream

pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream to a separate bowl and set aside.
Beat the cream cheese and
powdered erythritol
until smooth and fluffy. Add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt and stir well.
Fold in 1/3 of the whipped cream, lightening the cream cheese mix and folding the cream in well.
Fold in the remaining whipped cream, gently as to not deflate the whipped cream.
Scoop or pipe the mousse into 4 glasses or bowls and serve chilled.
