Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the donuts first. Begin by mixing the almond flour, flaxseeds, granular erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla and food coloring.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to form a smooth batter.
  5. Scoop or pipe the batter into a large silicone donut mold. Fill each mold about ¾ of the way up as it will rise and you do not want it to run down into the hole in the center of the mold.
  6. Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleanly.
  7. While the donuts bake, make the icing by mixing all of the icing ingredients together until smooth. Add a little more dye if desired (we like a light pink color to go with the bright red donuts!).
  8. Pop the donuts out of the mold and let cool. Drizzle with the icing and then enjoy!
