Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a rimmed sheet tray.
Place the melted butter in a large bowl and whisk in the eggs, salt, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sour cream.
Add the coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder to the bowl as well and whisk into a smooth batter.
Add the cooked sausage to the mix and stir well.
Add the shredded cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.
Place the sausage ball batter in the fridge and let cool for about 30 minutes. The batter should be nice and thick an hold its shape when scooped into a ball.
Scoop the batter into tablespoons sized spoonfuls and place on the prepared sheet tray.
Bake for about 18 minutes or until the tops of the sausage balls are a golden brown. Serve while hot!
