Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F and prepare a rimmed sheet tray with a silicone baking mat.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Pour the batter onto your prepared tray and use an offset spatula or knife to smooth into a very thin even layer. The thinner the better!
Bake the noodles in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and let cool.
Once cool cut the pasta sheet into very thin strips (like spaghetti!) or, use a pasta machine to cut the noodles by setting it to the spaghetti size and feeding the sheet of cooked pasta through the machine to cut the noodles.
Use immediately with your favorite keto sauce and toppings!
