- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp So Nourished Keto Pancake Syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and cover.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
- In the morning, remove the bowl from the fridge, stir well and serve cold.
