- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cottage cheese
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Let the mix sit for 10 minutes, stirring gently occasionally to release any air that was incorporated while blending.
- Pour the mix into popsicle molds and add the sticks.
- Place the popsicles in the freezer for about 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy frozen!
