Ingredients

pound
ground pork sausage

tablespoons
almond flour

(2 to 3-ounce)
mushroom cap
(stem removed)
1/4
cup
avocado
2
slices
cooked bacon
(broken in half)
Pinch
dried sage
salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine the sausage, almond flour, sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stir well then shape the mixture into a patty by hand.
Fry the sausage patty in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
When the patty is browned on one side, flip it and fry until cooked through.
Remove the sausage to a plate and reheat the skillet.
Add the mushroom cap with a splash of water then cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it is just tender.
Place the mushroom cap on a plate and spread the mashed avocado over it.
Top with sausage patty and bacon then serve hot.
