Ingredients

smoked sausage, sliced
1
yellow bell pepper, sliced

broccoli florets

halved radishes

chopped onion

olive oil

salt

Italian seasoning

ground black pepper

fresh chopped basil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed sheet pan with foil.
Place the sausage, bell pepper, broccoli, radishes and onions on the pan and toss.
Drizzle the olive oil over the pan then sprinkle with the salt, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Toss everything together again.
Bake the pan for 20 minutes.
Divide the sausage and veggies between plates and sprinkle with the fresh chopped basil. Enjoy while hot.
