- 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa-style sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 medium zucchini (cut into chunks)
- 1 medium yellow onion (quartered)
- 1 medium red onion (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Thread the sausage and vegetables onto 4 skewers.
- Grill until the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender, about 10-15 minutes, flipping as needed.
- Make the aioli by whisking together the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.
- Serve the kebabs with the aioli for dipping.
