Ingredients

fully cooked kielbasa-style sausage, cut into chunks

zucchini
(cut into chunks)

yellow onion
(quartered)

(cut into chunks)

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Thread the sausage and vegetables onto 4 skewers.
Grill until the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender, about 10-15 minutes, flipping as needed.
Make the aioli by whisking together the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.
Serve the kebabs with the aioli for dipping.
