Instructions
Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Toss in the shrimp, avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
When well combined, cover and chill until ready to serve.
