- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Rao's Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp So Nourished GOLD
- Line the bowl of your slow cooker with foil and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and So Nourished GOLD
- In a large bowl, mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Place the meatloaf mix into the slow cooker and shape into a loaf.
- Spread the tomato sauce mix over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and set the slow cooker on low then cook for 4 hours.
- Gently lift the foil out of the pan then slice the meatloaf and serve while hot.
