Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts
about 6 ounces each
1/4
cup
cream cheese
1
cup
frozen spinach
thawed and drained
2
strips
bacon
cooked and chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Use a sharp knife to cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast – cut most of the way through but leave enough for it to hold together.
Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy then stir in the spinach and bacon.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the chicken breasts and use a toothpick to keep them together.
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
