Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound beef sirloin (sliced thin)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 small red pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef, garlic, and ginger then stir-fry until the beef is just browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper then remove it to a bowl.
  4. Reheat the skillet and add the peppers and onions.
  5. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the onions are translucent then add the mushrooms.
  6. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
  7. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce then toss in the cooked beef mixture.
  8. Cook until heated through then serve as desired.
