Ingredients

tablespoon
olive oil

pound
beef sirloin
(sliced thin)

cloves
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
fresh grated ginger
1
small red pepper
(sliced)
1
small yellow onion
(sliced)

sliced mushrooms
1
cup
beef broth

tablespoons
soy sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef, garlic, and ginger then stir-fry until the beef is just browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Season the beef with salt and pepper then remove it to a bowl.
Reheat the skillet and add the peppers and onions.
Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the onions are translucent then add the mushrooms.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce then toss in the cooked beef mixture.
Cook until heated through then serve as desired.
