- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 5 to 6 tablespoons So Nourished powdered erythritol sweetener
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 large strawberries (diced)
- Combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, and sweetener in a mixing bowl.
- Beat on high speed with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy then beat in the lemon juice.
- Fill each of two dessert cups halfway with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with half the chopped strawberries then top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top the parfaits with the remaining strawberries to serve.
