Honest Syrup Peppermint flavor(or a few drops of peppermint extract)
Instructions
Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan until steamy.
Add in the shot of espresso, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract and cocoa butter wafers. Take the saucepan off the heat and stir until the cocoa butter is fully melted. You can also use Torani White Chocolate syrup if you don’t have cocoa butter. In that case, omit the powdered erythritol since the syrup is already quite sweet.
Add the scoop of ChocoNite Hot Cocoa mix or 1 serving of your favorite sugar-free cocoa brand. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour into a serving mug or glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of Honest Syrup Peppermint. You can also use a few drops of peppermint extract if you don’t have Honest Syrup.
