Ingredients

large shrimp

olive oil

garlic

cayenne

wedge
lemon
salt
pepper
Instructions
Pour olive oil into a small pan along with minced garlic and cayenne. Let the garlic cook on medium-low heat until fragrant.
Peel and devein the shrimp (if needed). Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Season with salt & pepper and squeeze the lemon wedge onto the shrimp.
Serve the remaining garlic oil on the side as a dipping sauce.
