Spring is Here!
Even though our hottest days are still months away, the warmer weather’s got us craving ice cream! Not to mention the ice cream trucks’ tantalizing music down the street…
One of our favorite flavor combinations has always been chocolate and peanut butter. Throw those into some smooth, creamy ice cream and we’re hooked. We decided to use our homemade chocolate chips for this recipe, but if you want, you can always buy them ready-made. Our favorite sugar-free chocolate chip brand is Lily’s Sweets. Their chips are sweetened with stevia and erythritol. No nasty maltitol in there!
Give this recipe a try and let us know how you like it. We’re excited for the upcoming warm weather and can’t wait to create more low carb ice cream recipes! Maybe we’ll even make your favorite flavor!

The longest I have gone eating Ketogenic is 5 months. I feel great when I eat Keto, how can I go the distance?!?!?
Hey Craig,
That’s great! I think the most sure cut path to success is finding staples in your diet that you can always fall back on and establish a few healthy habits. Have a few breakfasts, lunches and dinners you really enjoy and rotate between them throughout the week. Try making a few low carb desserts and see which you really like and stick to those when you’re craving something sweet. Munch on things like cheese, hummus, crispy veggies for snacking. After a while you won’t even think about eating non-keto. It becomes part of your lifestyle! 🙂
