Hi Vicki do you ever see your self going off a low-carb diet ?
Hey Stacey, that’s a great question!
Besides the occasional treat, I really don’t see myself eating tons of carbs again. The way I feel when I’m keto is reason enough to stick with it. The incredible amount of research showing the detrimental effects of carbs, especially from the processed garbage we’ve been eating for decades, is scary and really cements this way of eating in my mind. It makes sense, it feels great and it’s amazing to see more and more people “seeing the light”, so to speak.
I think that comes with the diet actually. If you stick with it, your taste buds and mind will shift to this new life and won’t be able to imagine eating differently. That’s kind of great!
Why do you ask? 🙂
Wow, this looks tasty and super easy. Love a recipe that gets on the table fast – especially one with salmon!
